What if a user I want to add already has an account?
You are still able to add them to your account. As long as they use the same email they will not lose any previous markups that were on their map.
They will need to ensure they have turned off their renewal on their previous account. If there are any questions about how to do this please reach out to business.support@onxmaps.com and we can help them turn that off.
Will my team receive an invite when I add them to my account?
Yes, all users will receive an invite to join your organization.
Can I resend an invite to my team?
Yes, when you are in the admin console you will need to go to their membership and click edit membership and then resend invite.
Does my tax exemption maintain if I want to add a new member?
Yes, tax exemption will remain even if you add a new membership without needing to update anything else. As long as it was approved you will receive that status.
I want to add a new member under a different card than the original payment.
You can update all billing information in the admin console including switching between credit cards to purchase.
I want to add a membership but I paid with a method other than a Credit Card initially, how do I add a new membership?
