Role:
To update the role for members on this account an account owner will need to log into the Admin console and then use the following:
- Find the account in question by going to the People Tab
- Going to the Role column and clicking the drop down arrow
- Adjusting the role to Owner, Admin, Member
License:
To update the license an Account Owner or Admin will need to
- Go to the People tab
- Find the account by using our search feature or by scrolling
- Either click on the account to select it or hover over it until the edit button appears
- Click the Edit button
- Go to licenses
- Find the license you would like to activate or deactivate and select that
You can grant multiple licenses to an account but each license will be charged separately.
